Understanding the Milestone
Becoming a Bar Mitzvah is more than a ceremony; it is a young man stepping into his role within the Jewish community. Every student is different, and we work with each boy to reach his unique potential. By the day of his celebration, our goal is for your son to confidently:
- Gain general Jewish knowledge (Kashrus, Shabbos)
- Perform essential Jewish rituals (donning Tefillin and Tallis)
- Read Hebrew and master cantorial notes for the Torah
- Lead portions of the communal prayer services
- Deliver a public speech with pride and confidence
