Bar Mitzvah Club Tuition & Refund Policy

We appreciate your interest in Bar Mitzvah Club! Please review our tuition and refund policy carefully:

Admissions & Enrollment:

Tuition is Non-Refundable: Once registration is submitted and processed, tuition payments are non-refundable.

Enrollment Requirements: To officially enroll your child and permit them to attend classes, we require a signed registration form, accompanied by either full tuition payment or a completed and approved payment plan. Please note that registration is only considered complete once your payment plan is approved and all applicable registration fees have been received.

Membership Discount Policy: The discounted tuition rate is a benefit reserved exclusively for paid annual members of Chabad at Monterra or Chabad At Monterra.

Families who are not current, paid annual members of one of these Chabad centers will automatically be charged the full, non-discounted tuition price upon registration.

If you become a qualifying paid annual member of Chabad at Monterra or Chabad At Monterra after initial registration, please contact the Bar Mitzvah Club office. We will gladly adjust your tuition to reflect the membership discount at that time.

Refund Policy:

Bar Mitzvah Club does not issue refunds or credits for any days missed from class. This includes absences due to student illness, school holidays, or family vacations.

Miscellaneous Policies
Photo Release - I grant permission for my child to be photographed while participating in Bar Mitzvah Club activities. I understand these photographs may be used for marketing and promotional purposes related to Chabad activities.

Liability and Indemnification I understand that I am responsible for all liability and costs resulting from any damage to property or personal injury caused by my child(ren). I agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Broward, Inc., Bar Mitzvah Club, and its associates, teachers, and agents from any such claims or costs.

Participation in Trips - I authorize my child(ren) to participate in trips conducted by Bar Mitzvah Club.

Parent/Guardian Agreement I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) listed in this registration. I confirm that I have read and understand the full agreement as published online at Jewishmonterra.com, agree to pay the full amount due, and accept all policies set forth by Bar Mitzvah Club.
