DELEGATION OF POWER TO SELL CHAMETZ

The Authorization:
I, the undersigned, hereby fully empower and permit Rabbi Adi Goodman to act in my place and stead, and on my behalf, to sell all Chametz possessed by me (knowingly or unknowingly) as defined by Torah and Rabbinic Law. This includes Chametz, possible Chametz, and all types of Chametz mixtures.
Specific Inclusion of Utensils and Pet Food:
This authorization specifically includes Chametz that tends to harden and adhere to the surfaces of pans, pots, or cooking utensils, the utensils themselves, and pet food that contains Chametz and mixtures thereof.
Lease of Property:
Rabbi Adi Goodman is further empowered to lease all places where the Chametz may be found, particularly at the address(es) listed below. The non-Jew to whom the Chametz is sold shall have free access to the Chametz and the areas where it is stored.
Right of Substitution:
Rabbi Adi Goodman has the full right to appoint any agent or substitute in his stead, and said substitute shall have the full right to sell and lease as provided herein.
Legal Validity:
Rabbi Adi Goodman has the complete power and right to act as he deems fit and proper by all the details of the Contract of Sale used in the transaction. This power conforms with all Torah, Rabbinic, and Civil laws.

This form will close at 11:59 PM on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
