Donation Options & Ticket Entries

For every multiple of $180 donated, the donor receives one (1) entry into the Israel Bonus Raffle (Prize Draw #4). For example, a $1,800 donation gives 150 entries in the Grand Raffle and 10 entries in the Bonus Israel Raffle.

Eligibility

The "Chabad at Monterra Summer Raffle 2026 Prize Draws" (the "Prize Draws") begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, June 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Sunday, August 18, 2026 (the "Prize Draw Entry Period").

Prize Draws are open to legal residents of 49 of the 50 United States (EXCLUDING residents of Texas) or the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors (and their immediate families, regardless of where they reside, or those living in the same households, whether or not legally related) of Chabad at Monterra, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

Void in Texas and where prohibited by law. U.S. law governs.

How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry, both applying to all Prize Draws.

Visit www.jewishmonterra.com and complete the Summer Raffle 2026 registration form during the Prize Draw Entry Period. Make a donation in one of the suggested amounts listed above. You will automatically receive the corresponding number of Prize Draw entry tickets based on your donation amount. All Donation Ticket Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on August 18, 2026.

Winner Selection & Notification

Random draws will be conducted on or about August 19, 2026 from among all eligible entries received, by and at the offices of the Promoter, Chabad at Monterra, Cooper City & Davie, Florida, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters concerning the Prize Draws.

Potential winners will be notified within seven (7) days of selection via email and/or telephone and/or mail. Winners may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, including a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (collectively, the "Declaration/Release"), within ten (10) days of the date on notification.

Failure to execute and return the Declaration/Release and/or any required documentation within the specified time period, or return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a corporate check within thirty (30) days of winner verification. If a prize check remains uncashed after ninety (90) days of issuance, the prize will be considered forfeited. No prize substitutions allowed except at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

Any U.S. winner is required to provide their Social Security number to Chabad at Monterra or its designated agent for tax reporting purposes where required by law.

Winning constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner's name, photograph, hometown, likeness, and prize won for future advertising and publicity in any media, without additional compensation, notification, release, or permission.

General Conditions

Incomplete entries will be voided. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned or acknowledged. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, postage-due, or mechanically reproduced entry tickets or forms.

All disputes and claims arising out of or relating to the Prize Draws shall be determined according to the laws of the State of Florida (United States) without regard to its conflict of law principles. All participating entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Broward County, Florida, and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

All causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draws shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action litigation, and any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Prize Draw if it becomes technically corrupted or if events beyond its control prevent continuation, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, labor dispute, act of G‑d, communications failure, riot, terrorist activity, war, or any federal, state, or local government law or order.

Notice to Online Entrants

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Entry materials or data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries generated by a script, macro, or automated device, are void.

Chabad at Monterra is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to entry materials; or (iii) any injury or damage to any entrant's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Prize Draws.

By participating in the Prize Draws, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Prize Draws.

Privacy

By entering the Prize Draws, entrants agree that collected information may be used by Chabad at Monterra in a manner consistent with its Privacy Policy. Information collected from entrants may be used for winner notification and, where the entrant has opted in, for future communications about Chabad at Monterra programs and events.

Non-Profit Disclosure

100% of the proceeds of this donation or payment benefit Chabad at Monterra.

Chabad at Monterra is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A tax receipt will be provided upon request.

The Chabad Summer Raffle is a joint effort of multiple participating Chabad centers across Florida. All funds raised locally benefit each local center exclusively. Funds raised through Chabad at Monterra's raffle benefit Chabad at Monterra and its programs in Cooper City & Davie, Florida only.
