With tremendous gratitude to Hashem, we are pleased to announce that we have started the beginning phases of establishing the permanent  future home of Chabad at Monterra. We need your to support to help make our goal  a reality. Together, as a strong community, we can build our future.

Established in 2013, Chabad At Monterra opened its doors to serve the Judaic needs of the growing community in the eastern part of Cooper City and its surrounding areas.

Currently serving over 250 families & growing; every program we offer has attendance of 50 - 150+ people. The wonderful growth of our community has caused us to seek larger venues for certain programming to accommodate space.

We currently are working on a great option for our future home that includes a partnership with Cooper City. We need your help to make it happen.

Step 01
$15,000 is needed for the application fees
to the city in order to begin.

Step 02
$15,000 is needed to cover
attorney, architect, and preliminary fees.

Step 03
City approval to build new construction on vacant land. This allows us to continue to Phase 2 of the building Project. 

Chabad has opened a separate bank account for the building fund.
